Groups consists of individuals from different walks of life, with different beliefs, value system and principles; this could impede the achievement and performance of the organisation.
Our program is aimed at revitalizing the individual for group and organisational success. The program which consists of a series of sessions, is based on acknowledging the differences, build on the differences to identify the groups strengths, unleash high performing teams and building synergy between group or team members to unite in the achievement of the organisation’s mission.
The program is results driven and offers:

Executive Coaching
Coach Gloria understands volatility, uncertainty, complex and ambiguous times we live in and challenges faced by leaders in organizations. It is within this context that she partners with organisations in developing ‘soft’ leadership and management skills to improve organisational performance. The program focuses on the leader or manager to be self-aware, acknowledge personal strengths and developmental areas.
Additionally, the program provides a platform to focus on improving leadership competencies and performance for the benefit of the organisation. Leaders are provided tools and skills to self-regulate and be adaptable to changing environments.

The program is run over a period of several months and includes group session with the company leaders to clarify and obtain consensus on the outcomes, personal sessions with leader, design and implementation of a growth plan in alignment with the organisational objectives. At the end of the program, a final assessment is submitted to the organisation.
