About Me

Hello!

I am Gloria Nomvuyiseko (Manhinhi) Noganta

I am a single mother, grandmother, poet, author and inspirational speaker. I took on casual running, an aspiring Hyrox athlete and CrossFit master.

I am the author of The Diary of an Old Soul: A Pocketbook of Inspiring Quotations, a book self-published in 2017.

I fell in love with thoughts, ink and paper when I was nine years old which earned me the nick name The Old Soul.  bestowed on her by my late mother.

I was born in South Africa, in the Eastern Cape and currently live in Gauteng.

Then the why question

Making a positive impact on myself and others by my words, both written and spoken, has become my pursuit in life.

A VIEWER OF THE UNIVERSE

While we might still ponder on our different beliefs the only constant is the universe. We are given a chance everyday to take what the universe is giving us but how many times would you save we have been accountable?

Her interest in helping humanity was sparked by watching rural women who did not just talk UBUNTU but lived it. These rural women whom her mother Ndileka Nomthunzi Noganta was the pillar, drew strength from each other on all life matters, death, birth, weddings, parenting, feeding their families etc.
